sales tax
A sales tax of 7.741% is added to all orders shipped to Missouri addresses.
Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside Missouri.

We also accept ATM cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo.
We do not accept cash, checks or CODs for online purchases.

atom offers different shipping options, depending on the product(s) purchased, for delivery within the United States.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Atom uses UPS to offer the following shipping options:

Product Processing Information:
As each item is either made by hand or made to order, your order may take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks to fulfill.

Shipping Details:
Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

returns and exchanges
Although we hope that you will love your purchases, we will happily exchange your item with another selection,
issue a gift certificate, or refund the credit card used for its purchase.
Please note:  Items which arrive after 7 days are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Additionally, after 30 days of the original shipment date, we will no longer accept the return.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you decide to return your purchase, please return the item in its original unused condition (including attached tags).

Just securely repack your item, along with your original receipt, and follow these simple steps:

Monday thru Friday and 9:30am - 5:00pm CST, on Saturday.  You can contact us by calling 1-314-621-4141.

Write down the product return (PR) number given to you by the customer service representative.

Include the PR number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., UPS) and retain
your receipt.  atom is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product,
atom will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

Ordering a product from atom takes just a few short steps.  After you select an item,
you will be guided through checkout and order confirmation.

ordering and shipping confirmations
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from atom.  First, we will confirm receipt
of your order within a few minutes of ordering.  Then, we will send you an email confirmation when your
order has shipped.  To check the status of a shipment, log in to your account online.

Every time you send someone a gift, this handy service saves the recipient's name and vital information
for you.  Next time you purchase, you will see all your past recipients in a
convenient pull-down address book on the 'shipping to' page.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send products to different addresses, whether you are sending the same
product to everybody or different products to each address.  atom has enhanced this service so that you
can take care of all your shopping in a single checkout.  Look for it on the shopping cart page.

Email Newsletters
Sign up here to receive our email newsletters packed with new products, great gift ideas and special promotional offers.

gift certificates
Atom gift certificates are available in any denomination; they will not be taxed.
Gift certificates are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
To redeem a gift certificate, select a product and begin the ordering process.  You will be asked for your
certificate number during checkout.  You will see a box marked Apply Gift Certificate.  Simply enter your
gift certificate code, and when you are finished, click the Complete Order button.  The amount of the certificate
will then be deducted from your final order total.

promotion codes
atom promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process on the shopping cart page.
Simply enter your promotion or coupon code, and when you are finished, move on to the checkout section.
Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary.
